Write definitions and passages that models can quote correctly with attribution.

Make it easy to copy the right 2–5 sentences:
- Start with the definition or constraint; avoid lead‑in fluff.
- Prefer unambiguous terms; footnote synonyms in a glossary.
- Keep one idea per paragraph, 40–120 words.
- Use anchors and predictable headings for stable fragment URLs.
- Place the most citable form above the fold.
Pair each quotable passage with a short table or bulleted constraints and a link to the primary standard when applicable.
